The company SPAL NIG. LTD. was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in 1992 and has operations in THREE DIVISIONS namely;

The parent SPAL NIG. LTD. company started with farming operations at Igolo Road, near in Ipetu-Ijesa upon acquisition of a large acreage of farmland in 1993. In 2011 we acquire another large expands of farm land in Igbo tente, Ayedire local government near Iwo. The business of Animal husbandry, Poultry management, Egg Production, planting maize, cassava & yam all started in earnest with an initial workforce of 25 staff. Today the company has over 150 workers many who have spent over 20Years with significant progress in their various lives as the company lays emphasis on the care of maintaining & supporting our human resource capital. In 2002, the company decided to diversify its business and started probing the booming real estate industry in Nigeria with a special focus on Lagos state. A detailed market research that we carried out revealed a wide housing gap existing in the large SW cosmopolitan city of Lagos, Nigeria.
SPAL PROPERTIES WAS BORN.
Even though we started slowly with a modest 12 units of 4-bed terraced duplexes in Ruxton road, Ikoyi area of the booming city, we have since grown systematically but assuredly that as at today we have constructed over 25 units of luxury family homes from flats to terraced duplexes & fully self-contained detached luxury homes with fully fitted kitchens, conveniences & modern living room layouts.
THE GENTRY ESTATE is our latest estate and consists of 19 Luxury Duplexes crafted in the most contemporary home design and is a beauty to behold.
